In the current economic climate, many of Connect World's sponsors have decided to re-focus their funding on poverty reduction projects in developing countries. While the awareness-raising objectives of Connect-World remain very valid, and much has been achieved, it is not possible due to resource constraints to carry forward the work of the organisation at this time.
